Covers a 15 county area in the North Central region of the state. Meetings are held via ZOOM, on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 5:30 PM.

The NCIBC counties included are Kossuth, Winnebago, Worth, Mitchell, Hancock, Cerro Gordo, Floyd, Humboldt, Wright, Franklin, Butler, Webster, Hamilton, Hardin, and Grundy.

Based in Mason City and has been organized since October 2014.

• Sponsored a 4-hr Breastfeeding Education for Iowa Communities training on 3-5-12 with 60 attendees

• Sponsored two 5-day CLC trainings by the Center for Breastfeeding in 2012
